[01] Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, GitHub profile data (when you authenticate via GitHub OAuth), billing information (processed securely by our payment partner Flutterwave), and any code or content you voluntarily submit for analysis. We also collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and access timestamps.
[02] Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies required for the platform to function (authentication sessions, CSRF protection). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We use minimal analytics to understand platform performance and reliability. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the platform may not function properly without essential cookies.
[03] How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Kedgr platform; process your code analysis requests; manage your account and subscriptions; send service-related communications (updates, security alerts, billing notices); improve our platform through aggregated, anonymized metrics; and comply with legal obligations. We never use your source code to train or improve our AI models.
[04] Data Storage & Security
Source code submitted for analysis is processed in ephemeral workspaces and automatically deleted after analysis completes. Analysis findings and intelligence are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and stored securely. Personal account data is stored on encrypted databases with access restricted to authorized personnel. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest.
[05] Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: service providers who help us operate (cloud infrastructure, payment processing via Flutterwave, AI processing via Google Gemini — where code is processed ephemerally); law enforcement when legally required; and in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition). All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements.
[06] Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion of your data; restrict or object to our processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@kedgr.solutions. We will respond within 30 days as required by applicable law.
[07] International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries where our servers are located. We ensure adequate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms as required by applicable data protection laws.
[08] Data Retention
Source code submitted for analysis is deleted immediately after processing. Encrypted analysis findings are retained as long as your account is active to enable future queries and AI-assisted development. Account information is retained until you request deletion. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@kedgr.solutions.
[09] Children's Privacy
The Kedgr platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
[10] Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
