Refund Policy
Our refund policy explains when a plan or purchase can be refunded and how to request one.
[01] Refund Timeframe
Refund requests for subscription units (monthly/annual plans) and individually acquired directives (rulesets) must be initiated within 14 days of the original transaction date. Requests outside this window are not eligible for reversal.
[02] Eligibility
For subscription units, a refund is eligible if no AI executions (code scans) have been performed within the active billing cycle. For individual directives, a refund is eligible only if the directive has not been downloaded or used in an analysis.
[03] Refund Process
To initiate a refund, contact our support terminal at support@kedgr.com with your transaction reference ID. Our team will verify eligibility and process the request within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
[04] Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted for partially used subscription credits, or for directives that have been downloaded or utilized. Overage charges for extra AI executions are non-refundable. Accounts terminated for violation of our terms of service are not eligible for refunds.
