Terms of Service

These terms explain how you can access and use the Kedgr platform. By creating an account, you agree to them. Last updated: March 10, 2026.

[01] Temporary Processing

All code submissions undergo zero-knowledge analysis. Source code is automatically deleted immediately after processing. Only encrypted findings, intelligence snippets, and architectural blueprints are retained for future reference. No permanent storage of your source code occurs.

[02] Saved Results

Analysis results, code patterns, and architectural intelligence are encrypted and stored securely. This enables future queries and AI-assisted development even after source code deletion. All archived data maintains provenance tracking with cryptographic hashes.

[03] Account & Access

You must be a human of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Kedgr cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

[04] Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. The service is for analyzing code; do not upload malicious code or attempt to exploit the analysis engine. See our Security Protocol for more details.

[05] Intellectual Property

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your code remains yours and is never permanently stored. Analysis intelligence and findings are encrypted and serve only to enhance future development queries. The Kedgr name, logo, and platform architecture are the exclusive property of Kedgr Systems Inc.

[06] Termination

Kedgr, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination.
